Abstract

º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº NaF¿Í H3PO4¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ¾ç±Ø»êÈ­°úÁ¤À» ÅëÇØ ³ª³ëÆ©ºê Á¦ÀÛ Á¶°ÇÀ» ã´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù. Àý»èµÈ Á÷°æ 15 mm, µÎ²² 1.5 mmÀÇ Æ¼Å¸´½ µð½ºÅ©¸¦ ¾ç±Ø¿¡, ¹é±ÝÀ» À½±Ø¿¡ ¿¬°áÇÏ°í Àü±Ø°£ÀÇ °Å¸®´Â 10 mm°¡ µÇµµ·Ï ÇÏ¿´´Ù. H3PO4¿Í NaF ¿ë¾×À» ÀüÇØÁú·Î ÇÏ¿© ¾ç±Ø»êÈ­¸¦ ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Âµ¥ Àü¾Ð, ÀüÇØÁú ³óµµ, »êÈ­½Ã°£À» ´Þ¸®ÇÏ¿© ƼŸ´½ µð½ºÅ©¿¡ ³ª³ëÆ©ºê¸¦ Çü¼ºÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¾ç±Ø»êÈ­ ÈÄ 24½Ã°£ µ¿¾È Áõ·ù¼ö·Î ¼¼Ã´ÇÑ ÈÄ 24½Ã°£ µ¿¾È 40¡É ¿Àºì¿¡¼­ °ÇÁ¶ÇÏ°í ½ÃÆíÀÇ Ç¥¸é±¸Á¶ Çü»óÀ» °üÂû?ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½ÇÇè °á°ú 0.5 wt % NaF¿¡¼­ Àü¾Ð°ú ½Ã°£ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó pore ÇüÅÂÀÇ Ãʱ⠳ª³ëÆ©ºê Çü¼ºµÇ¾ú´Ù. 1.0 wt % NaF¿¡¼­ 20 V, 20ºÐ°ú 25ºÐ¿¡¼­ ³ª³ëÆ©ºê°¡ »ý¼ºµÇ¾ú°í, 30 V¿¡¼­ Æ©ºêÀÇ ÇüÅ°¡ Ä¿Áö¸é¼­ ÅÍÁö´Â ¾ç»óÀ» º¸¿´´Ù. 2.0 wt % NaF¿¡¼­ Àü¾Ð°ú ½Ã°£¿¡ »ó°ü¾øÀÌ ÀûÀýÇÑ ³ª³ëÆ©ºêÇüÅ°¡ Çü¼ºµÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. 1 M H3PO4, 1.0 wt % NaF ÀüÇØ¿ë¾×, 20 V, 20ºÐ ¾ç±Ø»êÈ­ Á¶°Ç¿¡¼­ ƼŸ´½ µð½ºÅ© »ó¿¡ °¡Àå Àß Á¤·ÄµÈ ÇüÅÂÀÇ ³ª³ëÆ©ºê ±¸Á¶°¡ Çü¼ºµÇ¾ú´Ù. ¾çÈ£ÇÑ ÇüÅÂÀÇ ³ª³ëÆ©ºê Çü¼ºÀ» À§Çؼ­´Â ÀüÇØÁúÀÇ Á¾·ù¿¡ µû¶ó ÀûÀýÇÑ ³óµµ, Àü¾Ð, ½Ã°£ÀÇ Çü¼ºÁ¶°ÇÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÒ °ÍÀ¸·Î »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

The aim of this study is to find the condition of forming the favorable nanotubes by anodizing with NaF and H3PO4. Machined Ti discs were used for anode, and Platinum net was used for cathode. For electrolyte, H3PO4 and NaF solution were mixed. We controlled voltage, electrolyte concentration, anodizing time and formed nanotubes on Ti discs. After that, these were washed with distilled water for 24 hours and dried in the 40¡É oven for 24 hours. The surface structure of specimens were analyzed. The results were as follows : At 0.5 wt % NaF, according as increasing voltage and anodizing time, early state of nucleating pores were generated. At 1.0 wt % NaF, 20 V, 20 & 25 min, well-formed nanotubes were observed. At 1.0 wt % NaF, 30 V, structure of nanotube became bigger and interconnected. At 2.0 wt % NaF, no nanotubes were formed and it was unrelated with voltage and time. At 1.0 wt % NaF, 20 V, 20 - 25 min, well-ordered nanotubes were generated on Ti discs. For the formation of favorable nanotubes, it is considered that proper parameters such as electrolyte concentration, voltage, anodizing time are necessary according to the kind of electrolytes.
